Shipping information
Delivery note
You see this page to send you the delivery note for your order.
This could be for one of three reasons:
a) You have indicated that you want to collect your order in Boskoop. Receipt of the delivery note means that your plants are ready and can be picked up by you from now on.
b) You indicated that your order should be sent by post. Receipt of the delivery note means that your plants are now fully packed and have been registered with DPD.
As soon as DPD has entered the consignment (s) in the system, you will receive Track & Trace information. Parcels in German-speaking countries have an average delivery time of one to four days, depending on the distance.
c) Your order must be sent via a forwarding agency. Receipt of the delivery note means that your plants are fully packed and have been registered with the forwarding agent, who will now load the shipment with us in a timely manner. Since this is general cargo, we cannot state exactly when the shipment will arrive. You can contact us at a later point in time and we will ask the shipping company for more information. It may be possible for the driver to call you or send you a text message an hour before his arrival.
IMPORTANT! If a freight shipment arrives too late or damaged, please note this immediately on the consignment note and also inform us in writing, otherwise we will not be able to hold the freight forwarder liable and we will not be able to provide a guarantee.
Information on the deposit on packaging material can be found elsewhere on the site.
Shipping to the UK: Due to the Brexit it is no longer possible to ship small orders to the UK without extreme costs. We have an agent in the UK, Poppins Plants, who collects all orders for the UK to distribute from there, sharing costs. Shipments to the agent are normally early October and early April.
