We also estimate the shipping costs incurred, as well as the deposit amount for any packaging material that may be required.
On the basis of this, you will receive an offer.
You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours with information on the further process, such as the planned delivery date, type of shipment, etc.

The stocks of the plants in question are generally rather small. If our own supply is unexpectedly exhausted, we will often find what you are looking for at one of our colleagues. However, it is almost always necessary to pre-order (at least one week in advance). It can happen that a certain plant suddenly and unexpectedly sold out. If a plant is no longer available (even temporarily), it will no longer appear in the webshop. We endeavor to enter this as up-to-date as possible.
In the garden center
When you shop in our garden center on site or pick up your order there, you can pay in cash or by card.
Transfer for sent plants
You will receive the invoice together with your plant shipment, for which we ask you to pay within 14 days. In special cases we reserve the right to pay in advance.
If you specified when placing your order that you would like to collect the plants in Boskoop, you will receive the delivery note in the monment by email when the plants are actually ready for collection.
If you receive your plants by post, the receipt of the delivery note means that your plants have been packed and registered with DPD for dispatch. As soon as your parcel has been entered into the DPD system, you will receive a Track & Trace number and can thus follow the progress of the shipment. Depending on the distance, you have to expect a parcel delivery time of 1 to 4 days for the shipping time.
Larger and extensive plant orders are sent via a forwarding agency. Since these are almost always groupage shipments, we cannot always state the exact time of delivery in advance.
If a shipment is damaged or delivered to you much too late, please note this immediately with the chauffeur on the waybill! Without this note, neither the shipping company nor we can be held liable for any damage to the plants.
